The mission
You lead the technical engine room behind large-scale AEO outcomes. Rather than guessing why a model cites a source, you investigate retrieval behavior and optimize knowledge structures so authoritative client data is consistently preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize multimodal data schemas for robust ingestion by agentic AI systems.
• Build proprietary AEO stress tests to measure model-temperature effects on brand attribution and mention consistency.
• Guide technical delivery standards for reliability, security, and GDPR compliance across enterprise deployments.
• Mentor engineers and set best practices for evaluation pipelines, observability, and model-facing data quality.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related discipline.
• Expert-level Python and hands-on experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar).
• Deep practical knowledge of transformer-based architectures and retrieval optimization.

Compensation
EUR 130,000 - EUR 175,000 + performance bonus.
