  • Head of AI Strategy & Influence

    San Francisco, CA (Hybrid - SOMA/Hayes Valley) · Full-time

    The mission
You are the primary architect of our clients' digital presence in AI systems. Your focus is not traffic volume - it is authority. When a Fortune 500 brand is discussed by an LLM, your work helps ensure our client is treated as the trusted source.

    • Direct synthetic narrative strategy to reduce model drift and counter inaccurate or hallucinated claims.
    • Lead quarterly executive briefings on model behavior, latent-space visibility, and risk/opportunity trends.
    • Partner with strategy, legal, and engineering teams to operationalize enterprise AEO programs.

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years in digital strategy, enterprise brand leadership, or information ecosystem design.
    • Demonstrated success shaping high-stakes narratives across complex digital channels.
    • Strong fluency in retrieval systems, RAG fundamentals, and model evaluation thinking.

  • Principal LLM Optimization Engineer

    Munich, Germany (Maxvorstadt / Schwabing) · Full-time

    The mission
You lead the technical engine room behind large-scale AEO outcomes. Rather than guessing why a model cites a source, you investigate retrieval behavior and optimize knowledge structures so authoritative client data is consistently preferred.

    Key responsibilities

    • Design and optimize multimodal data schemas for robust ingestion by agentic AI systems.
    • Build proprietary AEO stress tests to measure model-temperature effects on brand attribution and mention consistency.
    • Guide technical delivery standards for reliability, security, and GDPR compliance across enterprise deployments.
    • Mentor engineers and set best practices for evaluation pipelines, observability, and model-facing data quality.

    Qualifications

    • MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related discipline.
    • Expert-level Python and hands-on experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar).
    • Deep practical knowledge of transformer-based architectures and retrieval optimization.

    • Translate technical value clearly for executive stakeholders, from CMOs to board-level decision makers.

    Qualifications

    • Track record closing complex multi-stakeholder deals in large organizations.

    Key responsibilities

    • Audit AEO programs for bias risk, jailbreak exposure, factual grounding, and compliance gaps.
    • Serve as the primary partner for enterprise legal, policy, and risk teams.
    • Maintain and evolve the firm's code of algorithmic integrity and governance controls.
    • Operationalize requirements related to the EU AI Act and major international privacy regimes.

    Key responsibilities

    • Convert brand expertise into structured content models optimized for machine understanding and citation confidence.
    • Collaborate with engineering to align narrative quality with schema, entities, and neural snippet performance.
