The mission
You are the trust anchor for high-profile clients navigating AI risk. You ensure our AEO methods are not only performant, but also legally durable, ethically grounded, and aligned with evolving global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Audit AEO programs for bias risk, jailbreak exposure, factual grounding, and compliance gaps.
• Serve as the primary partner for enterprise legal, policy, and risk teams.
• Maintain and evolve the firm's code of algorithmic integrity and governance controls.
• Operationalize requirements related to the EU AI Act and major international privacy regimes.

Qualifications

• JD or master's degree in law, philosophy, technology policy, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of the EU AI Act and cross-border data/privacy frameworks.
• Experience advising executive teams on responsible AI and reputational risk.

Compensation
EUR 110,000 - EUR 155,000.
