Role
The mission
You are the commercial bridge between strategic vision and technical execution. You help enterprise leaders move from SEO-era playbooks to resilient AEO programs that protect and grow brand authority in AI-driven discovery.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle enterprise sales for strategic accounts with $1M+ ARR potential.
- Design bespoke AI transition roadmaps for global brands modernizing their discovery strategy.
- Coordinate cross-office delivery between the San Francisco strategy team and Munich engineering team.
- Translate technical value clearly for executive stakeholders, from CMOs to board-level decision makers.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in enterprise SaaS, strategic consulting, or top-tier agency sales.
- Track record closing complex multi-stakeholder deals in large organizations.
- Bilingual English/German is a strong advantage.
- Ability to explain vector embeddings, retrieval pipelines, and model visibility in executive language.
Compensation
$180,000 base + uncapped OTE.
